citizen. After incarceration, he built Innovative Labor and
Cleaning Services, employing 125 individuals, 90% of whom are also
returning citizens. He recently worked with Senator Rob Portman to
change PPP rules so that business owners with a past criminal
record could be eligible for PPP loans.
